FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a photon radiation detector having a pixel array comprising a plurality of detection pixels for detecting information about an image. At least one pixel of the pixel array is shielded from reception of radiation. Dark current is determined from a shielded pixel and used to compensate for dark current for other unshielded pixels. Versions of implementation relate to integration of pixels screening within anti-dispersive grid or mask.
EFFECT: technical result is compensation of undesirable currents in pixels of detector.
