FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in internal combustion engines, equipped with motor brakes-decelerators. Control cylinder (12) of motor brake-decelerator is intended for creation of deceleration by throttling flow of exhaust gases on vehicle engine turbo-supercharger outlet side. Control cylinder (12) has cylindrical housing (13) with piston (14) with piston rod (15). Piston (14) divides housings (13) to spring chamber (16) with spring (17) for piston rod (15) and pressure chamber (18) for generation of compressed air by means of force actuation by means of piston (14). Piston (14) is designed with possibility to interact with elastic recovery devices. Piston rod (15) can displace in lengthwise direction relative to piston (14). Devices for generation of elastic recovery contain pneumatic spring located inside cylindrical housing (13), which is made with possibility of action, on one side, on piston rod (15) and, on the other side, on piston (14).
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of number of parts and in reduction of dimensions.
