SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alcoholic beverages industry. For production of 1000 dal of a wine beverage, following ingredients are used: white, or pink or red table grape wine material - 2,500.0-3,000.0 l, colourant - 30.0-50.0 l, sugar syrup with concentration of 65.8 % - 10.0-20.0 l, infusion on dry apple wine of burnt almond and walnut shells at a ratio of 1:1 - 5.0-10.0 l, distillate of dry white wine and young sprouts of dogberry tree, peeled - 20.0-40.0 l, rectified ethyl alcohol and treated drinking water - balance to 30 vol%. Invention improves organoleptic properties and nutritive value of finished product. Taste grade is 9.8.
EFFECT: wine beverage has a soft, harmonious rounded wine-almond taste with scarcely perceptible cognac aftertaste, wine aroma with almond tone and tones of aging.
