SUBSTANCE: to produce 1,000 dal of a wine beverage, following ingredients are used, l: first drainage fortified infusion of dried stems and leaves of lemon grass - 10-15, first drainage fortified infusion of lemon grass seeds - 15-20, first drainage fortified infusion of lemon seeds - 30-50, first drainage fortified infusion of coriander - 10-15, first drainage fortified infusion of yarrow - 5-10, first drainage fortified infusion of tansy flowers - 10-15, first drainage fortified infusion of cherry kernels - 1-2, first drainage fortified infusion of plum kernels - 1-2, first drainage fortified infusion of apple seeds - 1.5-2.0, fortified grape wine material - 1,500-2,000, water-and-alcohol liquid-balance to alcohol content of 20 vol%. Invention provides improved and high stability of organoleptic properties. Beverage taste grade is 9.7, beverage has a mild, harmonious rounded almond taste with scarcely perceptible freshness aftertaste, almond aroma with a slightly perceptible coriander tone.
EFFECT: stability of organoleptic properties is provided throughout storage period.
