FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental hepatology, in particular to a method for modeling fatty liver disease of mixed genesis in rats. The method is characterized by the fact that for 30 days every day, rats receive a 10% solution of ethyl alcohol and feed for rodents weighing 120 grams, into which 10 g of fructose is injected.
EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to create a model of fatty liver disease and work out new therapy methods.
