FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to separator of lead-acid battery with conducting layer or surface, as well as method of its production. In one version of the battery, the separator can include conducting surface or conducting layer, per which electrons can flow. A battery separator can be made in the form of a fibrous mat, which includes a number of insulating fibres and can contain conducting material arranged on at least one surface of the fibrous mat. Conducting material is in contact with electrode battery and can have electrical conductivity, which provides for electrons on the surface of fibrous mat.

EFFECT: improved cyclic resource of battery is a technical result of the invention.
