SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in chemical industry, in particular, to control heat and mass transfer in chemical processes taking place in rotary containers. Method of vibration control of heterogeneous density hydrodynamic systems in rotary containers is characterized by that the rotary container with heterogeneous density medium is exposed to transverse to the axis of rotation vibrations with cyclic frequency equal to the angular rotation frequency or different from the angular rotation frequency by a small value, which results in development of static or rotating in the container reference system additional induced force field changing the field of inertia centrifugal force, herewith the value and the direction of the induced field are determined by amplitude and phase of the vibrations.
EFFECT: invention provides efficient real-time control of mass distribution, heat transfer rate and intensity of mixing heterogeneous density hydrodynamic systems in rotary containers by means of vibrations and can be used in chemical industry, in particular, to control heat and mass transfer in chemical processes.
