SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a device and method for control channel transfer, which can guarantee a balance between actual dimensions of eCCE displayed of control channels, additionally guarantee a balance of operating characteristics at demodulation of every eCCE and decrease in complexity of the scheduler realization. Method includes the stages, where: there are grouped RE except DMRS in every pair of physical resources units from L certain pairs of physical resources units, used for transfer of control channel to N eREG, and there is calculated a number of actual RE except for other service data in every eREG from N eREG; and then every eCCE is displayed in M eREG according to the number of actual RE included into every eREG from N eREG of every pair of physical resources units, after which eCCE is sent using resource elements included into eREG.

EFFECT: reduced complexity of the scheduler realization.
