SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication. Invention discloses method, apparatus and device for control channel transmitting. Method includes: generation of, at least, one eCCE and control channel transmitting by means of, at least, one eCCE, where each eCCE generation process, in particular, includes: determining of, at least, two pairs of PRB physical resource blocks for control channel transmission, where each PRB pair of, at least, two PRB pairs corresponds to plurality of improved eREG resource elements groups and plurality of eREG has information on eREG properties, which is not absolutely equal; and eREG selection from plurality of eREG corresponding to each pair of PRB, where selected eREG groups have different information on eREG properties, and eCCE generation using selected eREG groups.

EFFECT: technical result is eCCE generation implementation according to eREG, in order to transmit improved control channel by means of eCCE.
