FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, particularly, to device for drug delivery and, in particular, to a device, equipped with security means for providing end user with information on state of said device. Drug delivery device comprises housing, drive mechanism starting element interlocking element and a display for displaying fact that device was used, provided by starting element which is held in its second position. Housing is configured to hold a vessel with drug with or without a connected delivery element. Drive mechanism is configured to be acted upon by vessel with drug and is configured to act on vessel with a drug. Starting element is configured to move from a first position, which enables it to retain drive mechanism, into a second position, in which it enables to release drive mechanism, in which there is possibility of displacement of drug through element for delivery. Interlocking element is configured to move between locking position, in which it prevents movement of starting element from its first position into a second position, and unlocking position at which is provided movement of starting element from its first position into second position. Starting element includes at least one fixing ledge. Drive mechanism includes corresponding fixing surfaces, relative to which fixing ledges are fixed, when starting element is in its second position.

EFFECT: invention fewer parts, is easy to use and prevents risk of use, or attempt to use, devices, which have already been used.
