FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Method of ex-vivo production of the artificial cotyloid cavity involves the following stages: a) preparing a metal insert cup with concave receiving side and peripheral receiving structure, b) preparing a ceramic hinge insert made to be final and fixed, separate from the insert cup and made separately from the insert cup, with outer and inner receiving sides having a concave hinged surface, c) inserting the outer side of the hinge insert into the concave receiving side of the insert cup in 1), an installing and guiding insert is fixed in a detachable manner on the peripheral receiving structure of the insert cup, which contains a connecting structure, on which a detachable impactor can be mounted, d) sterilizing the obtained system in antimicrobial protective shell.
EFFECT: invention provides simultaneous reduction of the risk of femoral prosthesis luxation and the risk of ceramic insert breaking both during its installation into the patient's cotyloid cavity and during further use of the prosthesis.
