FIELD: fuel.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method of producing a moderating composition for protection of hydrocarbon motor fuel from inflammation, including mixing moderating composition and fuel with subsequent separation of mixture, characterised by that it includes a step for preparing a composition of moderating and inhibiting substances via preliminary mixing thereof in ratio of 1:4 to 4:1 and then adding obtained composition to hydrocarbon motor fuel at ratio of composition: fuel from 1:100 to 1:10 respectively.
EFFECT: technical result is possibility of creation of effective flammable mixtures, in particular, combustion of hydrocarbons, use thereof for phlegmatisation of hydrocarbon fuels, particularly, on transport vehicles equipped with internal combustion engines.
