SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a seasoning composition. New seasoning contains soya paste, girasol puree and radish puree, vegetable marrow seed extraction cake, sugar, salt, vegetable oil and CO2-extracts of carrot seeds, mustard seeds, rice bran, fennel, East Indies basil, thyme, laurel, additionally CO2-extract of horseradish.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain seasoning with improved organoleptic properties, as well as enriched composition of biologically active substances.
