FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a seasoning composition. New seasoning contains soya bean paste, puree of girasol, radish and gooseberries, sugar, salt, vegetable oil and CO2-extracts of carrots, seeds, mustard seeds, rice bran, fennel, East Indies basil, thyme, laurel at specified ratio.
EFFECT: seasoning has improved organoleptic properties, particularly colour stability, storage life without use of preservatives of not less than 6 months and enriched composition of biologically active substances.
