SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a seasoning composition. Proposed is a seasoning containing soya bean paste, girasol puree, sugar, salt, vegetable oil and spice-aromatic additives, puree of red radish, herewith as the spice-aromatic additives it contains CO2-extracts of carrot seed, mustard seeds, rice meal grits, fennel, East Indies basil, thyme and laurel, herewith it additionally contains CO2-extract of currant leaves and CO2-extract of calendula, at the following components weight ratio: soya bean paste 400-424; girasol puree 300-369; puree of red radish 210-235; sugar-30-30.6; salt 28-28.6; vegetable oil 32-32.7; CO2-extract of carrot seeds 0.3-0.303; CO2-extract of mustard seeds 0.1-0.101; CO2-extract of rice meal grits 0.1-0.101; CO2-extract of fennel 0.02-0.0202; CO2-extract of East Indies basil 0.01-0.0101; CO2-extract of thyme 0.03-0.0303; CO2-extract of laurel 0.01-0.0101; CO2-extract of currant leaves 0.03-0.04; CO2-extract of calendula 0.03-0.04.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a seasoning, which has improved organoleptic properties and enriched composition of biologically active substances.
