METHOD FOR GENERATING AND FREQUENCY MODULATING HIGH-FREQUENCY SIGNALS AND RESPECTIVE DEVICE Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC H01P1/00 H03C5/00

Abstract RU 2599963 C2

FIELD: wireless communications.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication. Method for generation and frequency modulation of high-frequency signals is characterised by that four-terminal element is resistive, external feedback circuit used is an arbitrary four-terminal element, series-connected to three-pole nonlinear element, three-pole nonlinear element and feedback circuit as integral unit cascade include between output of resistive four-terminal element and load, load is made in form of first bi-pole with complex resistance, to input of the resistive four-pole element in transverse circuit is connected second bi-pole with complex resistance imitating signal source resistance of generator in amplification mode, excitation conditions in form of amplitude and phase balance and matching conditions are made at quasi-linear dependence of generation frequency of amplitude of control signal.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of devices for generation and frequency modulation owing to increasing linear section of frequency modulation characteristic at arbitrary characteristics of nonlinear element.
