SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and aims at determining the degree of heteroplasmy of mitochondrial genome mutations. Polymerase chain reaction is carried out in real time, calculating the value of ΔCt, determined the coefficient of efficiency of amplification and a degree of heteroplasmy of mutations of mitochondrial genome by formula.
EFFECT: invention provides a simple and accessible for use in clinical practice method of determining heteroplasmy mutations of mitochondrial genome.
