SUBSTANCE: alcohol-free beverage contains 41.0-43.0 kg of sugar-containing component, 24-32.0 kg of concentrated base of raw material extractives, 0.29-1.45 kg of flavouring agent with herbs aroma, 1.6-2.0 kg of edible acid, 3.4-7.0 of brown dying agent, 0.176-0.18 kg of sodium benzoate, 0.184-0.220 kg of potassium sorbate, 5.9-6.2 l of liquid carbon dioxide and the rest - water up to 100 dhal of end beverage. Herewith concentrated base contains 35.0-65.0 wt % of eleuterococus root, 15.0-20.0 wt % of hawthorn fruits, 15.0-25.0 wt % of rosehips leaves, 5.0-20.0 wt % of nettle leaves. Additionally alcohol-free beverage may contain 0.019-0.027 kg of blueberry extract and 0.59-0.72 kg of flavouring agent with blueberry aroma per 100 dhal of end beverage.
EFFECT: end beverage has pleasant berry-herbal aroma and sour-sweet flavour with slight chocolate tone.
