FIELD: sugar industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves stirring sucrose crystals with sweetening substance in vibrating mixer with tore-like mixing chamber. Before preparing suspension or solution water is added to sweetening substance mass and used their for stirring with sucrose. Water content in ready mixture is 0.1-2.4 weight part/100 weight parts ready product. Obtained mixture is dried. Mixture is dried in vibrating mixer chamber directly by blowing with heated air through product mass.
