SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to traumatology and orthopaedics and can be used for stabilization of pubic articulation accompanying B and C type pelvic ring injuries according to AO/ASIF classification. Etrotomy of 5-6 cm is being performed. When pubic articulation is isolatedly injured within the anterior pelvic semi-ring and when there are not clear osteoporosis signs, one pin is being inserted under the base of pubic spine, free end of the pin is being fixed to an external fixation apparatus (EFA), follow-up renewable pressing forces of the EFA are being set in pubic articulation. In the presence of osteoporosis and fracture of any bone of the anterior pelvic semi-ring, two pins are being inserted under the base of pubic spines, free ends of pins are being fixed to the EFA, follow-up renewable pressing forces of the EFA are being set in pubic articulation.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables reducing injuries, treatment length and rehabilitation length.
