FIELD: heat-and-power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering. Operating method of central heating station (CHS) with open heat extraction system with P and PT-type of turbine units and tapped extraction steam turbine connected to industrial steam CHS and equipped with condenser with two heating surfaces, in first heating surface heated mixed flows of cold and heated in it of recoverable raw water for condensation of these flows on first surface is 70-75 % of nominal flow rate of steam to condenser of this turbine, second heating surface of condenser is used for condensation of 30-25 % of steam passing through circulating water; rate of raw water recirculation, additionally heated in first heating surface is controlled with due allowance for cold flow and temperature of raw water and its temperature before desalting, steam from heating tapping of extraction turbine is additional heating of raw water prior to its desalting, as well as heating of de-carbonised makeup water.

EFFECT: invention increases thermal efficiency of CHS with increase in power generation on heat consumption.
