FIELD: broadcasting technique.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to television programming, particularly to methods of realizing regional digital television broadcasting of a standard of second generation of terrestrial television and radio broadcasting (DVB-T2) using single-frequency networks (SFN). A device is proposed in which network tuning is performed by changing the parameters of the modified T2-MI stream generated in the replacer by replacing part of the T2-MI federal stream programs with regional T2-MI programs. Parameters management of the regional flow T2-MI of the SFN network is carried out simultaneously with the correction of the parameters of the federal T2-MI stream based on the results of estimating the data rate and bit error rates in the multi-channel receiver. A device which provides cost advantage of operation and preserves quality of operation of regional SFN broadcasting networks is novel and has an inventive step since new elements and their connections are used: main fiber-optic channel, a buffer unit, an optical splitter, fiber-optic channels in the broadcasting area, broadcast mode switches, controlled delay lines, which provide calibration of time delays in modulators of transmitters.

EFFECT: operation of a modified regional SFN broadcasting network, realized based on transmitters with non-calibrated on information modulator delays, when the information signal is transmitted to repeaters in the basic mode over ground fiber-optic communication channels.
