FIELD: biochemistry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biochemistry. Disclosed is a device for centrifugal filtration for separation of living cells and a cells separation system. Device includes a spindle, a rotary lever, a filter with a microporous hydrophilic membrane mounted on the rotary lever. Filter comprises a front cavity with an inlet hole and a rear cavity with an outlet hole, a microporous hydrophilic membrane between the front and the rear cavities. Each filter pore diameter is smaller than the one of a living cell required for separation. During centrifugation water, biological particles and biomolecules in the cell suspension can pass through the microporous hydrophilic membrane of the filter, and the cells can be blocked by the microporous hydrophilic membrane of the filter and reflected from the filter membrane with deposition inside the front cavity. System comprises a sealed pipe system and a measuring system, the sealed pipe system comprises the above said device, a primary filter, a rotating joint, a disposable syringe, a container for Ringer's solution with lactic acid, a tank for the cell suspension, a tank for enzyme solution and a pipe assembly.

EFFECT: invention provides fast separation of cells, as well as reduced cell damage during the separation.
