METHOD FOR MODELING TUBERCULOSIS OF FEMALE GENITAL ORGANS Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC G09B23/28

Abstract RU 2600926 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to phthisiology, and can be used for modeling of tuberculosis of the female genital organs. To do this a suspension of Mycobacterium tuberculosis Erdman culture is introduced to rabbits at a dose of 107 CFU/0.2 ml under a serous membrane of the fallopian tube at a distance of 5 cm from the uterine horn. At the same time before the operation the estrogenization of animal with intramuscular introduction of 0.1 % solution of synestrol is carried out on 0.5 ml every second day in a course of 4 treatments. From 2 to 6 days after surgery estrogenization is continued in the same mode and prevention of infectious complications using broad-spectrum antibiotics, having no anti-tuberculosis activity is carried out.

EFFECT: method allows to obtain a model of local tuberculosis in the female genital organs, available for reproduction and as close as possible to the development of specific process to natural, and also to carry out in vivo monitoring of the development and course of specific inflammatory process and to choose the tactics of treatment.
