FIELD: combined systems for heating and cooling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and devices for heating and cooling viscous materials, such as meat emulsion used for production of food and other products. Device is a heat exchanger containing the first plate connected with the second plate, as well as the first and the second spacers located between the first and the second plates. First plate, the second plate, the first spacer and the second spacer form at least one channel with controlled temperature intended for the product passing through the heat exchanger.
EFFECT: disclosed is a device for heating and cooling viscous materials.
