FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and specifically to antenna engineering. Proposed transmitting tunnel antenna (TTA) relates to underground antennae (UA) and can be used as a transmitting low-frequency (LF) antenna located in a tunnel drilled in a semi-conducting soil (SCS). TTA consists of a symmetrical vibrator (SV), arms of which of length L are made of K conductors 1 arranged regularly along generatrix cylindrical surface 2 axially symmetric to the inner surface of tunnel 3. In sections of tunnel 3 with interval ls along the generatrix surface of tunnel 3 into SCS 7 immersed are by N metal rods (MR) 8 of the anchor support. Conductors 1 of the SV arms are secured to the tunnel surface with the help of suspensions 9 providing galvanic coupling of conductors 1 with MR 8 of the anchor support. Invention covers optimum ratios the TTA structure elements providing higher antenna gain and its stability under effects of impact and vibration loads.
EFFECT: technical result of using the TTA is increasing the gain and stability when the TTA is under destabilizing effects.
