FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used in devices for contactless control and measurement of electric current. Core: a magnetoresistive current sensor has a bridge measuring circuit of four magnetoresistors formed as parallel strips of film from a ferromagnetic metal with an easy magnetization axis oriented at the angle of 45° to the axis of easy magnetization of the initial film, a magnetic system of several permanent micromagnets creating a uniform magnetic field in the plane of the strips arrangement along the axis of easy magnetization of the initial film strips, a control conductor made from a nonmagnetic metal film in the form of a meander or a flat coil, working strips of which are interconnected in such a way, that magnetic field occurring when current passes through the control conductor in places of arrangement of adjacent magnetoresistors of the bridge circuit is oriented in opposite directions.
EFFECT: reduced spread of initial signal and conversion coefficient of the magnetoresistive current sensors from sample to sample.
