FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: magnetoresistive current sensor contains a bridge measuring circuit of four magnetoresistors formed from a film of a ferromagnetic alloy in the form of parallel to each other strips short-circuited in series by bonding jumpers of low resistive non-magnetic metal and oriented to the axis of easy magnetization of the initial film of the ferromagnetic alloy in one pair of adjacent magnetoresistors at an angle of +45°, and in another pair at an angle of -45°. The ratio of the width b of the magnetoresistive strips to their thickness h satisfies the relation b/h≥1500. The remagnetizing conductor is formed from a film of a non-magnetic metal in the form of a meander, four working strips of which pass above the magnetoresistors.
EFFECT: increased sensitivity to the magnetic field strength of the bridge measuring circuit of the sensor, which magnetoresistors consist of strips oriented at an angle of 45 degrees to the axis of easy magnetization.
