FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents a magnetoresistive sensor and can be used in control devices of magnetic field intensity and noncontact control of electric current. The sensor includes a bridge measuring circuit consisting of four magnetoresistors formed from a film of a ferromagnetic alloy in the form of strips parallel to each other and short-circuited in series with bridges from low-resistive non-magnetic metal and oriented at an angle of +45° and -45° to the axis of easy magnetisation of the initial ferromagnetic film so that the strips of two pairs of magnetoresistors of the bridge circuit, which are symmetric to each other, are mutually perpendicular. A reversal magnetisation conductor is made of five strips of film of non-magnetic metal, which are connected in the form of a meander, the four working strips of which pass above the magnetoresistors, and the fifth strip passes between two pairs of the working strips.
EFFECT: improving reliability and simplifying the manufacturing technology of the sensor.
