FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for testing vehicle roads and can be used for performing operations for verification and calibration of dynamic loading units used for assessment of strength of flexible road pavements. Verification device for a dynamic loading unit comprises a punch in the form of a rigid frame consisting of a lower plate and an upper plate in the form of a circle located above the lower plate and connected to it with a post. There is a vertical post rigidly fixed in the upper part on a vibro-isolated against an impact structure, and in the lower part the post is articulated with a horizontal bar. Unfixed end of the bar is connected with a laser displacement sensor located under the upper plate of the punch. Lower plate of the punch is mounted on a reinforced-concrete base, the weight of which exceeds the load from the dynamic loading unit. Reinforced concrete base is located in a recess having a gap with the side surface of the base. Vertical post has hinge joints and movable joints for accurate installation of the laser sensor by height under the upper plate of the punch, as well as to adjust vertical position of the sensor in longitudinal and transverse planes. Acceleration sensor of the dynamic loading unit is connected to the upper plate of the punch.
EFFECT: higher reliability of results of the dynamic loading unit verification and the possibility to perform operations not only on determination of parameters of dynamic loading units effect, but also on calibration of the unit measurement results.
