FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to cardiology. Device for therapy of heart valve comprises an anchor part, with a central sleeve fully closed at one end; and a first plurality of wire loops and a second plurality of wire loops extending from central sleeve. Anchor part has an expanded deployed configuration and a small-diameter undeployed configuration, wherein anchor part is configured for pushing and arranging anchor part with said first plurality of wire loops above flap of valve and said second plurality of wire loops is located below flap of valve. One or more suture materials are attached to central sleeve of anchor part. Suture materials are made such that, and with sufficient length, they are able to operate as orthopaedic tendinous chords, when suture material is attached to myocard. System and method of therapy of heart valve, using said device are also disclosed.
EFFECT: invention provides noninvasive elimination of prolapse of flaps of heart mitral valve.
