FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for control over convergence of an X-ray beam. When implementing the declared group of inventions changed is the temperature of a diffraction unit made with a working profile of its diffracting element corresponding to the condition of collimation or focusing of the X-ray beam in compliance with proposed two versions of making the diffraction unit based on simultaneous bending of the diffraction unit diffracting element and a substrate. Herewith the diffracting element represents a diffracting monocrystalline plate crooked by shrinkage at solidification of an adhesive layer deposited on the substrate and fixing on it the said plate.

EFFECT: technical result is enabling control over convergence of an X-ray beam with combination of a simpler design of the diffraction unit and expansion of capabilities of the collimating adjustment or focusing the X-ray beam as the result of increasing the range of angular changes of convergence of the diffracted X-ray beam due to controlling the convergence of the X-ray beam.
