SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device (10) for complete separation of fillet from beheaded and drawn fish (11) skeleton with cross-cutting the tectum left by separating tools positioned in the direction T of transporting up to the device (10) containing a separating unit (12) with two disk blades (17, 18) for the tectum separation and a closed-loop conveyor (13) having at least one saddle-shaped support element (14) for fish (11) placement and tail-first transporting in the transporting direction T through the separating unit (12). The disk blades (17, 18) are installed on a holder (21) that may move upwards/downwards across to the transporting plane E. The device is specifically as follows: the disc blades (17, 18) of the separating unit (12) are actuated in the same direction opposed to the transporting direction T.
