SUBSTANCE: invention relates to encoding graphic data as video stream in remote presentation session. Proposed is invention for encoding and decoding data by downsampling scheme 4:4:4 using coder/decoder, which not is configured with possibility of encoding and decoding data by 4:4:4. In embodiments, encoder splits input frame on three components frames by scheme 4:0:0, then codes each frame component by scheme 4:0:0 and aggregates coded frames components into bit stream. Decoder receives bit stream and decodes it by means of component, not configured with possibility to decode data by 4:4:4 and decodes bit stream, to produce representation of three frames composing by 4:0:0, then aggregates three frame composing in presentation of initial frame by 4:4:4.

EFFECT: encoding and decoding using less complex encoders, which are not additionally configured to support downsampling circuit 4:4:4.
