FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, namely to genetic engineering. Recombinant vaccine for prevention viral hepatitis B is disclosed. Vaccine is created on basis of hepatitis B virus surface antigen with mutation G145R (ESC-Ag) produced by cultivation of recombinant yeast strain H. polymorpha KBT-11/pEMmulti-7 or H. polymorpha KBT-12/pEMmono-4, or H. polymorpha KBT-14/pEMmalt-8, or H. polymorpha KBT-14/pEMmono2. Vaccine can contain mixture of ESC-Ag, HBsAg serotype of "ayw" and/or "adw" in equal portions. Vaccine can contain only hepatitis B virus antigen with mutation G145R (ESC-Ag).
EFFECT: prepared vaccines are highly immunogenic, non-toxic, have no side effects.
