Proximal segment has a threaded section, connecting section and a through hole. Inner surface of section with outer thread has the shape that makes it possible to interact with a section of feeding device. Inner surface of section without outer thread has a thread to interact with thread on the threaded section of the sleeve. Feeding device for surgical suture fixation system for fixation of tissue to bone comprises outer and inner shafts. Outer shaft comprises a distal end, a proximal end and a handle connected to the proximal end. At least a part of distal end has smaller diameter than one of proximal end. Inner shaft is located inside outer shaft. Inner shaft comprises a distal end, a proximal end and a handle connected to the proximal end. Distal end comprises teeth, hole located between teeth, and mark.
