FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology. Method is as follows: working channel in sclera and the flat part of ciliary body is formed by transconjunctival placing of valve port of gauge 25G. Intraocular pressure (IOP) reduction is achieved by introducing micro spatula in port.
EFFECT: method enables gradual reduction of IOP using seamless minimally invasive surgical access preventing increase of IOP during operation.
