SUBSTANCE: posterior hyaloid membrane is isolated, the vitreous body is removed, the cavity is filled with a perfluoroorganic compound, followed by replacement with air, and after endolaser coagulation of the retina, air is replaced with silicone oil. After replacing the air with silicone oil, intraocular pressure is measured using the iCarePro device with the patient lying on his back, the result is analyzed, and if it is necessary to increase the level of intraocular pressure, silicone oil is additionally injected into the vitreal cavity; if it is necessary to lower the level of intraocular pressure, part of the silicone oil is released from the vitreal cavity.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the effectiveness of treatment of vitreoretinal pathology and reduce the probability of secondary glaucoma.
