SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of addition of online presence using sensors of a mobile computing device. Received are, by means of the mobile computing device, first data measured by sensors. Compared are, by means of the mobile computing device, first data measured by the sensors with a set of rules to determine the corresponding state of online presence, wherein the set of rules is adapted for binding the first state of online presence with the first data measured by the sensors. Updated are, by means of the mobile computing device, the online presence associated with the user of the mobile computing device with the help of the said corresponding state of online presence.
EFFECT: technical result is changing the own online accessability when an active change of the user state may not be socially acceptable.
