SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry. Proposed an antisense oligonucleotide, comprising at least one modified internucleotide linkage, that is hybridized with natural antisense polynucleotide of apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1) and increase expression of molecules ApoA1 compared to normal control. Also disclosed versions of composition, which contains mentioned above anti-sense oligonucleotide. Compositions are intended for increasing ApoA1 expression, as well as for preventing or treating diseases, associated with ApoA1.
EFFECT: invention provides inhibition of natural antisense transcript ApoA1 in a patient and thus allows to increase ApoA1 expression.
