SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. A group of inventions is described, including a method for increasing the expression of the polynucleotide of the tumor suppressor gene in the cells or tissues of a patient in vivo or in vitro, in which the polynucleotide of the tumor suppressor gene encodes P53 or P73, synthetic modified oligonucleotide for increasing the expression of the tumor suppressor gene polynucleotide in vivo, a composition for increasing the expression of the tumor suppressor gene polynucleotide in the patient's cells or tissues in vivo or in vitro and a method for prevention or treatment of a disease associated with at least one polynucleotide of the tumor suppressor gene and/or at least one product encoded by it, in which the specified polynucleotide of the tumor suppressor gene encodes P53 or P73.
EFFECT: invention extends the arsenal of agents to increase expression of the polynucleotide of the tumor suppressor gene in cells encoding P53 or P73.
