FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and concerns equipment performing lamellar keratoplasty at corneal pathology. After circular incision of cornea and non-limiting pathological section with trepan of required diameter, at distance from incision made 1.5-2 mm to the center, second, linear, blind incision of 2.5-3 mm length is made with one-time blade, through which tunnel with length of 3-4 mm is formed with laminator in cornea in direction towards center. Front layers of tunnel are dissected, length of tunnel is brought to trepanation incision. Covering edges of corneal incision, front layers of cornea are laminated to circular section and removed, corneal transplant is laid in layers in formed bed and sutured with interrupted sutures to recipient's cornea.
EFFECT: method enables reduction of operative and postoperative complications, higher effectiveness of treating corneal erosions.
