FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, and namely to ophthalmology, and concerns equipment performing lamellar keratoplasty at corneal ulcer. With trepan, dipped in solution of brilliant green, on injured patient's cornea mark is applied, detritus is removed from bottom of ulcer, starting from center of ulcer, in the meridians XII, IV and VIII hours in direction of mark three tunnels are formed, their front walls are dissected radially to mark, formed three corneal segment are successively separated from deep layers and they are finally excised at the mark, corneal transplant is laid in layers in formed bed and sutured with interrupted sutures to recipient's cornea.
EFFECT: method enables reducing intraoperative and postoperative complications, higher clinical effectiveness in patients with corneal ulcers.
