SUBSTANCE: invention relates to household items, specifically to device, suitable for meat or fish products preparation on open flame. Main feature of new device is: possibility of quick disassembling of each separate blade connection, which enables complete sanitary processing of device as whole; use of blades group displaced row enables to more qualitative cut fibres and threads in meat or fish product, which improves flavor perception of prepared product; use of detachable rings when performing self-braking angle in six degrees reduces device disassembly time; use of stainless steels, carbonitride coatings with thickness of 10-15 mqm increases devices service life; use of thumb nuts simplifies devices assembly; use of slots in 10-15 mm allows more efficient use of hot flame flow during preparation of meat or fish product without admission of product surface burn-through.

EFFECT: technical result is possibility to assemble new devices and use them in practical implementation of disclosed method at preparation of meat or fish product at considerable reduction of time for device preparation and process itself, which is in 10 times reduces time of meat or fish product readiness.
