Method also includes obtaining motion vector predictor of current unit from obtained motion vector predictor candidates based on information, indicating a motion vector predictor, used for current unit.
EFFECT: high efficiency of decoding image data due to hierarchical breakdown of image into a plurality of maximum coding units.
