FIELD: radar ranging.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radar ranging and can be used for measuring angular coordinate of objects. Said result is achieved by the fact that in process of space surveillance by radar station by four variants radiation of sounding signals is performed, receiving and detecting of reflected signals from object, measuring and memorizing of levels of received signals and angular coordinates of antenna at the moments of their reception, isolating multiple bursts in received signals from each of the object, calculating of angular coordinate of the object as a result of estimation of parabolic envelope coefficients of isolated pulse burst, at that, estimation of parabolic envelope coefficients is reduced to operations with integer arrays, which causes the said technical result. Proposed device comprises a transmitter, antenna switch, antenna, receiver, threshold device, synchronizer, sensor of angular discrete of pulse burst, evaluation unit of angular coordinate, which comprizes of a storage device of detected signals, pulse bursts detection unit, computer of parabolic envelope coefficients of envelope of pulse bursts, selector of angular coordinate of the first pulse, computer of ratio and computer of angular coordinate of an object, connected in a certain manner.

EFFECT: achieved technical result is faster evaluation of angular coordinate and reduction in amount of memory required.
