FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and pharmacy and describes method of assessing drug effect on degree of erythrocyte vesiculation, which is determined by acetylcholinesterase activity of vesicles. Method includes storing of washed erythrocytes at 4 °C for 7 days in presence of medicinal substances, after that erythrocytes are centrifuged, gadolinium is added to chloride supernatant up to final concentration of 400–600 mcM, it is centrifuged for deposition of vesicles and acetylcholinesterase activity is measured in precipitate. Degree of erythrocyte vesiculation is calculated.

EFFECT: invention provides simplicity, availability, no need in complex expensive equipment.
