FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to a method for delivering biologically active substances to a scaffold. As containers, use achromacytes obtained by means of hypoosmotic shock of native erythrocytes and incubating them in a solution of biologically active substances, followed by a "closure" of the achromacytes in an isotonic medium. In order to maximize the release of hemoglobin and increase the capacity of the achromacytes for biologically active substances, during their preparation before incubating with these substances, place the achromacytes in a hypertonic solution. For the purpose of directional influence of their contents on the cultured cells, place the achromacytes with encapsulated factors in the scaffold structure during its formation together with the cultured cells.
EFFECT: implementation of the invention allows prolonged maintenance of the viability and proliferative activity of fibroblasts, mesenchymal multipotent stem cells both in the culture medium and in scaffolds.
