SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cutting products. Apparatus comprise a base, a cutting head with at least one cutting element, an impeller and first and second drive mechanisms. Impeller is adapted for rotating within cutting head and centrifugal force urges products fed into cutting head towards circumference. First drive mechanism transmits rotation of impeller with the first frequency determining centrifugal force. Second drive mechanism transmits rotation of cutting head with a second rotation frequency. There is a control means to control first and second rotation frequency in first and second ranges.

EFFECT: providing optimisation of centrifugal force and cutting speed.
