FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining in patient blood the number of rosette-forming acetylcholine-specific lymphocytes. The patient blood is examined by adding 0.1-0.2 ml of 0.5% ship erythrocytes suspension loaded with acetylcholine to blood sample lymphocytes. The mixture is incubated at 37 -37.5 C followed by counting the number of rosette-forming lymphocytes in smear. The number of rosette-forming lymphocytes in the smear being equal to or greater than 18%, myasthenia is diagnosed. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and reliability of diagnosis. 5 tbl
